Running it yourself

Saddle is yours to run on hardware you control. We do not have an account on it, we cannot see what you do with it, and there is nothing to cancel.

When we run it for you

• Cloud and Studio are monthly. You can stop at any time, and the month you have paid for is the month you get.
• We keep it online, backed up and updated. If we need to take it down for maintenance, we tell you first.
• Bring your own model key. What you spend with your provider is between you and them.
• If we ever stop offering the service, we will give you notice and hand you everything: your files, your data, and a copy of the software.

Custom

Custom is a piece of work, priced by scope, quoted before it starts. The quote is the price. If the scope changes, we agree the new one with you before doing the work.

Your work is yours

What Saddle builds in your sessions belongs to you. We claim no licence over it, we do not use it, and we cannot see it when you run Saddle yourself. Your data leaves with you, as files, whenever you want it.

What we ask of you

• Do not use Saddle to break the law, to attack anyone, or to send bulk unsolicited mail.
• Do not use a machine we run to attack or scan other machines.
• Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take backups, but they are not a substitute for yours.

What we do not promise

Saddle is software, and software has bugs. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last three months. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived.

Changes

If these change, the change is written here on the day it takes effect. Continuing to use a plan we run means the new terms apply to it from then.
